Make Strong Arrangements For Counting Of Votes: ECI

Hyderabad, May 27 (Maxim News): The Election Commission of India (ECI) has issued instructions to the Chief electoral Officers of all states to make elaborate arrangements for the counting of votes.

Deputy Election Commissioner Nitish Kumar Vyas reviewed the arrangements for counting of votes on June 4 through video conference from Delhi with the Chief Electoral Officers of all the States. it is advised to be careful till the counting of votes is completed.

On this occasion, the CEOs of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Bihar explained the measures taken in their states.

Telangana CEO Vikas Raj said on this occasion that they are ready for counting. It was revealed that the first round of training for the counting officers will be completed on Tuesday. Deputy Election Commissioner Vyas informed that 47 observers are being sent to the state by ECI.
