Light To Moderate Rains In Telangana: Yellow Alert Issued

Hyderabad, May 27 (Maxim News):  The Indian Meteorological Center, Hyderabad (IMD-H) said that there is a possibility of light to moderate rains at many places in Telangana. A yellow alert has been issued to this extent.

From Monday to Tuesday morning, there are chances of rains in Rangareddy, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Mahbubnagar and Narayanpet districts with thunder, lightning and wind speed of 40 to 50 km per hour.

Also, there are indications of thunder, lightning and gusty winds in Adilabad, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Suryapet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Hyderabad, Malkajgiri, Medchal, Kamareddy and Jogulamba Gadwal districts.  At the same time, it said that the maximum temperatures will increase in the next three days.

It explained that there are chances of two to three degrees increase.  Moderate rainfall has been recorded in Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, mahbubnagar, Nalgonda and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri districts in the past 24 hours. (Maxim News)
