Tragedy At Fish Prasadam Distribution In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, June 8 (Maxim News): On the occasion of Mrigasira Karte, tragedy struck during the distribution of fish medicine to Asthma sufferers at the Nampally Exhibition Ground on June 8.

People from other states and districts flocked in large numbers for fish medicine prasadam. A huge crowd came and there was a stampede. Rajanna 57 from Srikonda village of Nizamabad district has been standing in the queue since 7 am. As the crowd increased and there was a fight in the queue, he fell unconscious.

Locals immediately rushed him to Care Hospital for treatment, Rajanna died while receiving treatment in the hospital. The fish medicine distribution program which started at 9 am on Saturday will continue for 24 hours. Minister Ponnam Prabhakar along with Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar inaugurated the function.
