Hyderabad, June 15 (Maxim News): Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM),is organizing a special program to train and recruit qualified hotel management staff to work in Japan under the Specified Skilled Workers (SSW) scheme of the Government of Japan.

In response to the growing demand for skilled professionals in Japan’s vibrant hospitality sector, TOMCOM is excited to present enticing job opportunities with an attractive salary package of 1 to 1.5 lakhs per month.

TOMCOM successfully launched the special training program on 20th February 2024 for the pilot batch of 20 hospitality candidates selected from Telangana for overseas job placements in Japan. Our commitment involves guiding candidates through a secure and legal recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition to Japan. TOMCOM is now identifying candidates for the next batch of Japanese language training for the hospitality sector.

To be eligible for these job roles, candidates should hold a diploma or degree in hotel management or possess relevant experience in the hospitality industry, especially in F&B/Kitchen.

The age range for eligible candidates is 22 to 27 years. Selected candidates will undergo residential training in Japanese language proficiency and receive additional professional skills training essential for excelling in the Japanese hospitality sector.
