Justice L. Narasimha Reddy Responds To KCR’s Letter

Hyderabad, June 16 (Maxim News):  Power Commission chief, Justice L. Narasimha Reddy has responded to the letter written by former Telangana chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao explaining the power purchases.

Justice Narasimha Reddy, who started the investigation on the explanation letter given by KCR to the Power Commission, examined the points mentioned in the letter.  The Power Commission has issued instructions that the legal team should examine the legal issues as well.  Justice L. Narasimha Reddy has already announced that if he is not satisfied with the explanation given by KCR, he will call for a direct inquiry. 

Justice Narasimha Reddy, who spoke to the media on the issue of the letter, made key comments.  They said that they had received the letter sent by KCR.  who mentioned many points in his letter.  He answered some questions related to the Chhattisgarh Power Purchase and Bhadradri Yadadri Thermal Power Plant.  He said that the matters said by KCR should be discussed with the expert committee.  He said that the points mentioned by KCR in the letter are being considered. Everyone has the freedom to express their opinions without doubts.

Justice Narasimha Reddy said that the objections raised by KCr will be re-examined.  He said that he only explained the developments in front of the media.  It is natural for anyone to have objections.  He said that the details given by KCR should be compared with the facts.  Justice Narasimha Reddy said that the BHEL representatives will also be asked for details on what the facts are.  Justice Narasimha Reddy said that the letter sent by KCR will be analyzed on Tuesday and further action will be taken accordingly.  (Maxim News)
