The infant, identified as Nika Diva from Dallas, Texas, was born with a rare condition that caused her teeth to develop prenatally.

Unlike most babies who are born without teeth and develop them over their first few years, Nika was born with a complete set. While some babies are born with one or two teeth, a full set is exceptionally uncommon.
