Employees are required to attend within prescribed periods: Mayor

Hyderabad, August 14: GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi clarified that the employees should be on duty till 10:30 am.

On Wednesday, Mayor Gadwal Vijayalakshmi made a surprise inspection of the offices on the ground floor of the GHMC headquarters and checked the attendance of the employees. On this occasion, she visited various departments and checked whether the employees attended their duties or not.

In various sections, the staff were asked about what time they had arrived. On this occasion, she said that the employees must follow office working hours. Tolerate indiscipline It’s boring. Attendance registers of all departments are being checked every day. It was ordered that the attendance registers of the employees from each department must be sent to the Mayor’s Chamber by 10:45 am.

On this occasion, the mayor inspected the control room, CPRO office, citizen service center, and treasury departments on the ground floor. The Mayor expressed his satisfaction that the employees in the respective departments were fully present and on duty within the stipulated time.

Employees are advised to maintain punctuality continuously and act in the same way in the future.

Mayor was accompanied by OSD Vijay Krishna, CPRO Murtuja Ali, OSD Anuradha, and others.
