HYDRA Demolitions In Kukatpally: Poor Dwellers Shed Their Tears

Hyderabad, Sept 22 (Maxim News): HYDRA demolitions have started once again in Hyderabad today. HYDRA officials have demolished illegal constructions at Kukatpally and Aminpur.

However, the poor people are complaining that they are being demolished without giving them at least a notice and without letting them take out the valuables in the house.

They Shed Tears At The Demolitions 

The victims say that the HYDRA officials demolished the encroaching constructions on the pond without giving them any notice. They are expressing that they have not taken at least the luggage.

A victim lamented that he built a food catering stall by investing Rs. 50 lakhs. In Kukatpally Shanti Nagar, the cries of the victims are heard. More than 20 commercial shutters have fallen to the ground in this area.

HYDRA is being criticized for being harsh towards the poor. There are allegations that HYDRA officials who are giving notices to elders and giving them time are being merciless towards the poor.  They are angry that they are destroying the property and the belongings in it without giving them time to do small business.

Some victims were seen crying. ‘Kill us before our structures are demolished‘. He expressed concern that the demolitions are being done without giving any time to take out the valuables. (Maxim News)
