Big Crack Down on Adulterated Ginger-Garlic Paste in Hyderabad; 1,400 Kg Seized
Hyderabad, Nov 20 (Maxim News): Food Safety Officials are conducting extensive inspections in Hyderabad. Food Safety Officials conducted searches after receiving information that adulterated ginger-garlic paste was being made Katedan. It was found that they were making ginger-garlic paste without any permission against the rules.

Officials found that the organizers were adding synthetic food colors. 1400 kg of ginger, garlic paste, and 50 kg of synthetic food colors were seized from Umani Foods and SKR Foods. Also, the officials found that there is an unhygienic environment in the manufacturing centers. (Maxim News)
