Food Poisoning Cases In Telangana Schools: CM Revanth Reddy Warning To Officials

Hyderabad, Nov 28 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy suggested the district Collectors treat the students of the government schools, hostels, and Gurukuls across the state like their own children and stop neglecting to provide nutritious food in hygienic conditions.

The Chief Minister held a series of reviews on the recent incidents taking place regarding the supply of food to the students. The CM instructed the Collectors to inspect the schools, hostels, and Gurukul schools frequently and submit the relevant reports. CM Revanth Reddy expressed regret over the mistakes committed despite the repeated orders. The CM warned that action would be taken against the officials and staff who are negligent in providing nutritious food to the students.

The CM made it clear that he would not hesitate to remove the officials, who are found negligent in providing food to students, from the services. The Chief Minister reminded the students that thousands of teachers have been recruited to provide good education and the diet charges have also been increased to provide nutritious food.

The Chief Minister also warned that despite making positive decisions for the welfare of students, some forces have been trying to defame the government. Such forces will be dealt with strictly and those responsible will be punished as per the law, the CM said that some people are deliberately creating rumors and spreading false news about the supply of food in hostels, and creating panic among the parents of students. The Chief Minister ordered the officials to take strict action against them too. (Maxim News)
