358th Prakash Purab Of Sri Guru Gobind Singhji Celebrated In Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Jan 13 (Maxim News): The 358th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singhji, the tenth and last Sikh Guru and founder of khalsa panth, concluded on Sunday with thousands of Sikh devotees and other community faiths celebrating it with religious fervor, gaiety, and devotion.

The major attraction of the concluding celebrations was organized under the aegis of the Prabandhak Committee of Gurdwara Saheb Secunderabad which saw a huge gathering at Vishaal Deewan by offering prayers to Guru Granth Sahib ji at Classic Gardens, Balamrai.

The Prabandhak Committee president, S.baldev Singh Bagga, General Secretary S.jagmohan Singh and vice President S.harpreet Singh Gulati said the congregation that began this morning at 11 am continued up to 3.30 pm and was marked by the recitations of Gurubani kirtans and Kathas by renowned Ragi jathas, bhai Sarabjeet Singh (Patna Saheb) bhai jaskaran Singh (Patiala), Gyani jagdev Singh and Bhai Charanjeet Singh.

After the culmination of the congregation, the traditional Guru-ka-Langar was served to all the devotees. (Maxim News)
