Hyderabad, Jan 17 (Maxim News): Revenue inspector (RI) was caught red-handed while demanding a bribe for a Kalyana Lakshmi cheque in Rangareddy district. The full details of this incident that took place on Friday (January 17). Dindi RI Shyam Nayak, a resident of Urmila Nagar, Hasthinapuram in the district, was caught red-handed by ACb officials who conducted searches at his house. Pandu Nayak, a resident of Padamati Thanda in Dindi mandal, approached ACBofficials after demanding a bribe in the matter of a Kalyana Lakshmi cheque related to his daughter.

The victim complained to the ACB officials that RI had demanded a bribe of Rs. 10 thousand in the Kalyana Lakshmi cheque case. RI, who had taken Rs. 5 thousand in the first installment, was taking Rs. 5 thousand for the second time. ACB officials caught him red-handed at home.
It is reported that Shyam Nayak was previously suspended while working as the Papally RI. The victim alleges that Shyam Nayak has been harassing her for two years without signing the file. Based on the victim’s complaint, ACB officials conducted searches at Shyam Nayak’s house and registered a case and arrested him. (Maxim News)
