As part of this process, CID officials have sent a report to the Center. A report will be sent to the US government from the Department of External Affairs. The police are making every effort to bring Prabhakar Rao and Sravana Rao to the country. Prabhakar Rao has already obtained a green card in the US. On the other hand, Sravana Rao is an illegal immigrant in the US whose visa has expired. Hyderabad Police have already prepared a red corner notice. Meanwhile, the Congress government has taken the phone tapping issue very seriously. While top police officials have already been arrested in this case, Congress leaders have been announcing that political leaders will also be arrested.

A case was registered at the Panjagutta police station on March 10, 2023, alleging that the SIB was involved in illegal phone tapping during the BRS government. The very next day, DSP Dugyala Praneeth Rao was arrested.  (Maxim News)
