Uttam Kumar Reddy participated in the Manakondur Gram Sabha in Karimnagar district. On this occasion, he said that all the public administration applications are being examined. The minister said that even if the application is submitted today, ration cards will be given. He was angry that the BRS government had cheated the poor by not giving ration cards for ten years.
