31 New Flyovers And 17 Underpasses In Hyderabad City

Hyderabad, Mar 19 (Maxim News): The Telangana government has taken a sensational decision on the development of Greater Hyderabad City. It has been announced in the budget that a key decision has been taken to reduce traffic congestion across Greater Hyderabad. The new H-CITY plan is being implemented as part of infrastructure and traffic regulation in Hyderabad City, said Finance Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.

He revealed that 31 new flyovers will be constructed as part of this project. He explained that 17 underpasses will also be constructed. Along with these, he clarified that 10 roads in the city will be widened and traffic will be regulated.

Minister Bhatti Vikaramarka explained that the work is going to start at an estimated cost of Rs. 7,032 crore for all these. He also revealed that the beautification work of Hyderabad City has also started at an estimated cost of Rs. 150 crore.

In his budget speech, he made it clear that new flyovers and underpasses will be constructed as part of the High City Plan to meet the future needs of Hyderabad City and the increasing traffic of bikes, cars, and other vehicles in the coming days. (Maxim News)
