ACB Issue Notices To KTR Once Again In Formula-E Car Race Case

Hyderabad, June 13 (Maxim News): The ACB has once again issued notices to BRS working president KT Rama Rao. he has been asked to appear before the court on Monday (June 16) in the Formula E car race case. It is known that he has already appeared before the court once in this case.

The ACB questioned KTR for about six and a half hours on January 9th. Then, in the last week of May this year (28th), it issued notices again. However, he was informed that he was unable to attend the hearing due to his visit to the US. With this, it issued notices for the third time today.

On Monday morning at 10 am. The ACB made it clear in its notices that he should come for the hearing.

In the Formula E car race case, the ACB registered an FIR on December 29th last year. In early January, when he was not allowed to attend the hearing, he returned. At that time, he gave a written explanation. He again attended the hearing on the 9th and answered the ACB’s questions. (Maxim News)
