Well-Organized Devotee Arrangements

To manage the heavy influx of devotees, special queue lines and crowd-control measures were implemented by the temple authorities. Volunteers and officials worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth darshan experience for all visitors. The premises remained filled with devotional chants, music, and the clamor of festive enthusiasm.

A Deep-Rooted Tradition

Lashkar Bonalu is one of the key highlights of the month-long Bonalu festival, a state festival of Telangana that honors the Goddess Mahankali. It symbolizes the people’s offering of thanks and protection from disease and misfortune, and is celebrated with colorful rituals, Bonam offerings, and community processions across Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

This year’s celebrations reflect the Congress-led state government’s commitment to preserving Telangana’s cultural heritage. CM Revanth Reddy’s participation adds to the significance of the event, reinforcing the spiritual bond between the people and their traditions.
