Two Youths Died Due To Electric Shock While Carrying Ganesh Idol
Hyderabad, Aug 19 (Maxim News): Before the tragedy during the Sri Krishna Ashtami celebrations in Ramanthapur was forgotten, another tragic incident took place in Bandlaguda. Two youths died due to an electric shock while carrying a Ganesh idol.
While some ouths were carrying a huge Ganesha idol, a high tension wire snapped and the tractor got electrocuted. As a result, two youths died on the spot.
Another person was seriously injured. The police reached the spot and took up rescue operations. The injured youth named Akhil was taken to the hospital. The deceased were identified as Toni (21) and Vikas (20). The tractor’s tires were completely burnt due to the electric shock. With the help of this, the Ganesha idol was moved from there with the help of a crane. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway. (Maxim News)
