Asaduddin Owaisi Opposes Constitution Amendment Bill

Asaduddin Owaisi | Delhi/Hyderabad, Aug 20 (Maxim News): AIMIM Supremo and Hyderabad MP, Asaduddin Owaisi, has opposed the Constitution Amendment Bill introduced in the Lok Sabha today.

Owaisi has accused the BJP of turning the country into a police state. He said that the bills are unconstitutional.

He accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of being arrested and that the BJP is turning the country into a police state with these bills. Owaisi said that he will oppose these bills and that the BJP is ignoring the fact that power is not permanent.

Congress MP from Wayanad, Priyanka Vadra, said that this is a criminal law. She alleged that a severe law has been enacted, claiming it is an anti-corruption measure. She alleged that any case will be filed against the CM, he will be arrested for 30 days, and he will be removed from the post of CM.

The Constitution Amendment Bill is unconstitutional. It is undemocratic. Priyanka said that the introduction of the bill was unfortunate.
