During the inspection, officials decided to allocate specific floors for different functions. The ground floor of the Haj House Building will house data entry units for Mutawallies and Managing Committees.

However, the 7th floor will be dedicated to Direct Management Waqf Institutions. This systematic allocation ensures proper organization of the digital entry process across different categories of waqf properties.

The establishment of these data entry units serves a crucial purpose in modernizing waqf management.

They will facilitate digital entry, updation, and verification of Wakf properties and institutional records on the Umeed Central Portal.
