Bihar Elections: AIMIM Announces 25 Candidates

Patna/Hyderabad, Oct 19 (Maxim News): Bihar will go to polls in November. The Nomination process for the first phase of elections is currently underway. The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) party, led by Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Sunday released the first list of 25 candidates who will contest the Bihar Assembly elections.

Bihar will go to polls in two phases on November 6 and 11. The counting will be held on November 14. The AIMIM party has announced the names of the candidates contesting the elections on its official ‘X’ account. It has been stated in it that the party will be the voice of the most downtrodden people in Bihar. The party’s national leadership has selected the candidates. The names of Akhtarul Imam (senior party leader) from Amour, Anas Salam from Gopalganj, lawyer Shams Agaz from Kishanganj, Shamimul Haque from Narkatiya, Tauseef Alam from Bahadurganj, Nawada Naseema Khatoon and others are in this list.
