On this occasion Venkaiah Naidu spoke and said ” We celebrate Sankranti when all the crops reach home.  Recently, the seasons seem to be changing due to climate change.  No matter how much they change, we should preserve our culture and traditions.  We organize festivals at the Swarna Bharat Trust every year so that our roots are not forgotten.  I do not like to promote inheritance in politics.  That is why I did not bring my son and daughter into politics.  Preserving culture and traditions is the wealth we give to our children.  I am giving only th3e Swarna Bharat Trust as an inheritance to my children.  I have told my daughter to continue this service.  Hyderabad is a wonderful city.  AP also needs something like this.  Amravati should also develop like Hyderabad.  I am confident that the Center will cooperate with the capital of AP,” said Venkaiah Naidu.  Renowned orator Garikapati Narasimha Rao, film actor Brahmanandam and others participated in the program.
