According to the information available, a family from Baghlingampally had gathered at the resort for a relative’s wedding sangeet. While the ceremony was underway, several children were present at the venue. During this time, the boy, identified as Surya Prakash Singh, entered the swimming pool along with other children who had come for the celebrations.

As per reports, the child reportedly drowned while playing in the swimming pool. Family members noticed the incident and immediately rushed him out of the water. Meanwhile, the Moinabad police reached the resort after receiving information about the drowning. However, by the time the police arrived, the organisers of the event and the family members had already left the resort premises. Officials noted that the situation at the venue had changed by then, making it difficult to gather immediate details from those present at the time of the incident.

It is said that no complaint had been filed by either the family or the resort management so far. Therefore, police officials are awaiting a formal complaint to proceed further in the matter. The absence of a complaint has delayed the registration of a case related to the boy drowns at Moinabad resort incident.

Meanwhile, soon after the incident, resort authorities reportedly closed the main gates. They also restricted entry to outsiders following the drowning. The reasons for this action were not immediately clear. The incident has raised concerns about safety measures at resorts during large family gatherings, especially when children are present near swimming pools.
