According to the report, Jaish chief Masood Azhar had announced the formation of a special women’s wing called Jamaat ul Muminat on October 8, 2025. Meanwhile, India told the UN that Pakistan based Jaish was responsible for the Red Fort blast. However, Pakistan repeated its usual lies. It said that Jaish and Lashkar e Taiba terrorist organizations were not active in Pakistan.

The Red Fort bomb blast took place on November 11, 2025, in the national capital Delhi. A massive explosion occurred in a car near a traffic signal close to the Red Fort metro station. As a result, 15 people were killed and dozens were injured. The incident shook the entire country. Therefore, the Central government declared it a terrorist attack and handed over the investigation to the National Investigation Agency.

The NIA has taken the case with utmost seriousness. It has expedited the investigation. Meanwhile, the agency is moving forward in coordination with various state police departments to dismantle the entire network behind the blast. The NIA has already arrested several accused in this case.

The UN report has now added an international dimension to the Red Fort bomb blast investigation. It directly links Jaish e Mohammed to the attack. At the same time, Pakistan has denied the presence of Jaish and Lashkar e Taiba on its soil. The developments have brought fresh focus on the findings of the United Nations Analytical Support and Sanctions Monitoring Group and the ongoing NIA probe.
