Numaish Exhibition Ends Today, No Extension

Hyderabad: The All India Industrial Exhibition, popularly known as Numaish, will conclude at Nampally on Sunday, with no extension being considered.

Organisers confirmed that the Numaish Exhibition will end as scheduled. An office bearer of the All India Industrial Exhibition Society said, “Numaish will not be extended. Sunday is the last day.” Therefore, visitors have only one final day to attend the annual fair.

Numaish Exhibition draws large crowds across city

The annual event opened on January 1. It will close on the 46th day on February 15. Meanwhile, the exhibition has attracted large crowds from across Hyderabad and nearby districts. A few lakh people have visited the fair since it was inaugurated.

The rush remained high during weekends. Families visited the grounds in large numbers. Many consider Numaish a must visit event in the city every year. Therefore, the closing weekend is expected to see a significant turnout.

Traders showcase products at All India Industrial Exhibition

Around 1,050 traders from across the country are participating in the Numaish Exhibition. They are showcasing a wide range of products. Visitors can choose from readymade clothes, handicrafts, footwear, imitation jewellery, cosmetics, dry fruits, home furnishings, furniture and electronic items.

The exhibition grounds will close for visitors on Monday. However, traders will get a day to pack their merchandise and shift it. Then, the annual fair will formally conclude its schedule for this year.

The All India Industrial Exhibition, held every year at Nampally, remains one of Hyderabad’s largest public events. However, this year too, organisers have decided against any extension beyond the announced closing date.
