A strong mechanism will be set up to resolve disputes between employers and workers.  Platform-level committees will work to prevent problems.  If workers are fired from work or payments are stopped, there will be a mechanism consisting of ‘platform-level committees’ and district-level officers to immediately lodge complaints.

Until now, there was no clarity on the basis on which app companies are giving orders and how payments are calculated.  App companies can no longer reduce rates at will and harass workers.  There should be transparency in payments to workers.  Fines will be imposed on companies that violate the rules.  (Maxim News)
