Hyderabad, August 12: HIPLEX 2026 generated business worth more than ₹150 crore during its four day run in Hyderabad.
The plastics exhibition concluded on Monday with over 55,000 visitors attending the event at HITEX.
Organisers said exhibitors recorded strong machinery sales, business enquiries and new orders during the exhibition.
More than 110 machines were sold during the event. Around 75% of the ancillary equipment on display was also sold.
HIPLEX 2026 Draws Strong Business Enquiries
Organisers said new enquiries and prospective orders could generate another ₹500 crore in business in the coming months.
Several machinery exhibitors received orders for between one and six machines. They also secured follow up opportunities with potential buyers.
The exhibition brought together manufacturers, buyers, investors, entrepreneurs and technology providers from India and overseas.
Exhibitors also praised the quality of visitors. Many attendees included decision makers, purchasing teams, manufacturers and technology seekers.
Visitors explored machinery, raw materials, moulds, automation systems, recycling technologies and bio polymer solutions.
The Dedicated Recycling Pavilion highlighted technologies that convert plastic waste into commercially useful products.
TAAPMA said the business generated at HIPLEX 2026 could support investments, technology adoption and manufacturing capacity expansion.
