Hyderabad, Aug 19 (Maxim News): It is known that ED officials have issued summons to popular actress Nidhhi Agerwal in the online betting case. She appeared for questioning at the ED office today (Wednesday) after the officials issued notices. She promoted an online betting platform. ED officials are investigating the promotion of illegal online betting apps and gaming platforms. Jeet Win and some other betting and gaming apps were promoted. The officials are examining the promotional contracts of the apps promoted by Nidhhi Agerwal. In addition, the ED officials are questioning the remuneration she took.
The investigation by the authorities revealed that money was deposited into Nidhi Agarwal’s bank account from the app administrators for promoting betting apps. The authorities are examining the details of the deposited transactions. Nidhi Agarwal has already faced investigation by the CID in the betting apps promotions case.
