Kavitha Slams Congress | Hyderabad, Sept. 2: TRS president Kalvakuntla Kavitha has strongly criticised the Congress government in Telangana as it completes 1,000 days in office.
Kavitha alleged that the Congress government had failed to fulfill its election promises and had pursued several “anti-people” policies during its tenure.
In a post on X, she claimed that the government had done little to improve the lives of poor people during the 1,000-day period.
She cited HYDRA demolitions, deaths of students in welfare residential institutions, suicides among unemployed youth, farmer suicides and rising crime as examples of what she described as the government’s “real progress”.

Her remarks have triggered a fresh political debate in Telangana as the Congress government marks 1,000 days in office.
