Hyderabad, Sept 7 (Maxim News): A pregnant woman who came to a government hospital with labor pains was sent back without providing emergency treatment. As a result, the woman gave birth in the ambulance while being taken to another hospital. This incident took place in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad.
According to the victim’s family, the woman suffering from pelvic pain was taken to the Vanasthalipuram government hospital on Sunday. However, the government hospital staff and doctors, who were supposed to provide emergency services, refused to deliver the woman on the grounds that there were no reports. They suggested that she be taken to another hospital. Despite all her pleas, the hospital staff did not listen, so they had no other choice but to take her to another hospital in an ambulance. But the woman’s condition had already deteriorated. She gave birth in the ambulance on the way.
The victim’s family members are expressing deep resentment over this incident. They are angry that she was sent back without providing medical treatment even in an emergency. They have questioned who would have been responsible if any accident had happened to the pregnant woman or the baby. The victim’s family members are demanding action against the negligence of the staff and doctors who were supposed to provide emergency medical services at the government hospital. (Maxim News)
