Hyderabad, March 27 (Maxim News): BJP state president Dr K Laxman today said his party manifesto was prepared as a people’s manifesto in consultation with all sections of people in the State.
Speaking to mediapersons at State party office here on Thursday, Dr Lakshman said the manifesto would be submitted to Manifesto Committee chairman Rajnath Singh for approval. He also claimed that people belonging to all sections favourng Narendra Modi to continue as Prime Minister again.
Hitting out TRS working president K T Ramarao for his sarcastic comment that the country needs “Jimmedar” but not “Chowkidar”, Lakshman asserted that the BJP will retain power after the upcoming general elections. He also predicted lot of political changes in the State after the Lok Sabha elections with many leaders from various political parties joining the BJP for greener pastures.
Ridiculing the TRS party that its “Car” tyres got punctured in the MLC elections, Lakshman observed that the common man was not accepting the government’s illogical policies. The people will deliver the same verdict for the TRS like in the just-concluded MLC elections.
The BJP State chief said the party’s star campaigning for elections will begin from Marh 29 in Mahabubnagar, April 1 in Hyderabad at LB Stadium, April 4 National BJP president Amit Shah will address public meetings in Karimnagr and Warangal constituencies. He will also attend road shows in Nalgonda and Hyderabad on April 6. (Maxim News)
