HC Directs Govt To Preserve Bodies Of Disha killers Till SC Verdict
Hyderabad, Dec.13 (Maxim News): The High Court today directed the officials concerned to preserve the bodies of four accused killed in encounter with regard to Disha case.
Hearing the case on Friday, the High Court directed the State government to preserve the bodies till the Supreme Court delivers its orders. The court also said the three-member judicial commission appointed by the Apex Court to go into the alleged encounter is likely to inspect the bodies. The commission is to start its probe in Hyderabad in two days, the Court said.
The Supreme Court has asked the High Court and the NHRC to stop all petitions on the encounter.
The Supreme Court directed the commission to submit its report in six months. The High Court said the commission will inquire to find facts of the encounter followed by Disha rape and murder case.
Earlier, it asked the State government counsel to refer the matter to the apex court. (Maxim News)
