Komatireddy Vows To Develop Municipalities

Hyderabad, Jan.3 (Maxim News): The Congress today held a meeting of party workers and leaders from Ibrahimpatnam Assembly constituency on Friday on the premises of Pedda Amberpet municipality.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Bhongir MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy alleged that the family members of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhr Rao resorted to corrupt practices and amassed Rs 2 lakh crore. Alleging that the RTC workers suffered due to the mistakes of the Chief Minister, Komatireddy exhorted the people of the urban local body to vote for the Congress leaders in the upcoming elections.

He assured that he would develop the municipalities in the constituency by bringing funds from the Centre. He also said they would take up the Musi River beautification works in two years. He also said he got Rs 360 crore sanctioned for laying roads in his constituency. (Maxim News)
