Sampath Demands Govt To Pay Wages To NREGS Workers

Hyderabad, April 24 (Maxim News): AICC secretary and SA Sampath Kumar said state government to come to rescue of job card holders of EGS by providing them 75 percent of their wages for 100 days of work in the same manner as it is paying salaries to all its employees. He warned the state government that there was a possibility that the workers might contract the corona virus as they are working together.

He alleged that the state government was behaving in a discriminatory manner with the EGS workers while paying salaries to all the government employees by making them sit at their homes. He said that the government should its attitude towards the wage seekers of the EGS scheme. (Maxim News)
