NRI TRS UK wing distributes essentials in City

Apart from extending support to several students in United Kingdom during lockdown, the NRI TRS UK wing distributed essential commodities to the poor and needy at Bachupally here on Sunday. Qutbullapur MLA K P Vivekananda participated in the programme organised to distribute commodities to over 100 poor and needy persons.

Appreciating the gesture of NRI TRS UK member Arvind Reddy in extending help to the poor, Vivekananda said though Reddy is a resident of Sheffield in UK, he is supporting the poor in Qutbullapur during lockdown. The MLA spoke to Arvind Reddy over phone and thanked him for the gesture.

NRI TRS India coordinator Mahesh Puppala thanked Vivekanand and local corporator Virender Reddy for their cooperation in organising the programme and distributing the kits to the poor, said a press release.
