CS Held A Video Conference With Dist. Collectors
Hyderabad, Oct.17 (Maxim News): Chief Secretary today held a video conference with the district collectors, additional collectors, Tehsildars and made a detailed presentation about the functioning of the Dharani portal.
Chief Secretary said that the Dharani is a most innovative, state of the art transparent, accountable, safe and secure hassle free, discretion less portal which is revolutionary and would be a trend setter for the entire country. He said that as per the vision of the Chief Minister, the system would ensure absolute transparency and remove discretion. Under the system, Tehsildars of all the 570 mandals would function as Joint sub registrars, while the Sub Registrar Officers would do registrations of non-agriculture properties from 142 locations.
Chief Secretary asked the Collectors to ensure hundred percent readiness in terms of staff and infrastructure for Dharani portal. He also stressed that all Tehsildars should undertake at least ten transactions by tomorrow.
He also instructed the Collectors to ensure that hardware facilities for Dharani are fully functional. Regular coordination meetings with Discom, broadband service providers and TSTS representatives should be conducted to ensure that there is no interruption to Dharani service. IG Stamps and Registration Sehsadri, Secretary Health and Family Welfare Rizvi, Secretary SC Development Rahul Bojja, Secretary Tribal Welfare Christina Zongthu, Commissioner Commercial Taxes Neetu Prasad, Special Secretary Finance Ronald Ross, Commissioner R&RD Raghunandan Rao, Commissioner Excise Sarfraz Ahmed, MD TSTS Venkateswar Rao and staff of Terracis attended the conference.
