No entry for unmarried couples in Indira Park

Hyderabad, August 27: City’s popular Indira Park management erected a banner outside the park citing only married couples will be allowed in the park. According to the reports, the banner reads unmarried couples will not be allowed inside the park. The officials took the decision to keep a check on intimacy between the young couples.

The issue flared up after the picture of the banner circulated on the internet and received mixed comments from the netizens. After witnessing the anger from various sections of people, the park management removed the banner. GHMC officials reacted to the issue and asserted that the banner was erected by the lower officials without their knowledge.
