Distribution of Clay Ganesh Idols under GHMC

Hyderabad, August 27: In order to be with the environment, on the occasion Ganesh Navratri Celebrations GHMC making all arrangements to distribute clay Ganesh Idols to the citizens at free of cost said H.w.Mayor Gadwal R. Vijaylakshmi said here today.

To promote clay idols GHMC all set to distribute around 3 lakhs Ganesh idols in Zonal offices and all circles of GHMC. Each idols of size 8” inches, 1 feet and 1 and half feet height. Mayor appealed the citizens to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with eco-friendly of clay idols.

The distribution program of these idols has been started from Saturday. The zonal commissioners have already been instructed to prepare another lakh Ganesh idols and distribute them to the people free of charge as per the wishes of the people.
