Telangana is a role model in development: Niranjan

Hyderabad, Sept.4 (NSS): Minister for Agriculture Singireddy Niranjan Reddy said the Telangana State has become a role model in development for other States in India and people consider that it is a boon for them having the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

Speaking at the Meet and Greet program organized by Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Australia wing in Victoria city, Australia on Sunday, the Minister said the Telangana State had been progressing on all fronts for the last eight years and it was only a State in the country for providing uninterrupted power supply to all segments and supplying drinking water to all households.

He said Telangana was playing a role in the growth of India and it was one of the top States in generating revenue for the country. Niranjan Reddy alleged that the BJP government at the Centre had done nothing for the country during the last eight years and poverty was increasing. (NSS)
