Khammam/Hyderabad, June 10 (Maxim News): A private school bus caught fire due to a short circuit in Nalakondapally mandal of Khammam district.
The accident took place while the bus belonging to Teja Talent School was going from Khammam to Kodad. The accident occurred while returning to Kodada after attending a wedding reception in Kodad. There were 30 members of the wedding party in the bus at the time of the accident. The driver was immediately alerted when he noticed the fire in the bus. He alerted everyone and stopped the bus. This averted a great danger. After that, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
The wedding party took another bus. when the matter came to know, the police reached the spot. The fire was extinguished with water tanks. The bus was completely engulfed in flames. It seems that there was no local fire engine at the time. (Maxim News)
