According to the details available in the ACB DA case, the driver has been working with the deputy transport commissioner for the last several years. He reportedly earns a monthly salary of Rs. 20,000. However, ACB officials said they were surprised to find that two cars, a Honda City and a Vitara Brezza, are registered in the driver’s name. This discovery raised questions about the source of funds used to acquire these assets.

Meanwhile, after the raids on the house of Mood Kishan, the driver reportedly managed to give slip to the ACB and escaped. Later, a team of ACB officials went to Alwal to verify the driver’s residence. There, officials were shocked to find that he owns a palatial house located in a plush residential area. Investigators estimated the value of the house at over Rs. 2 crore.

An official associated with the investigation expressed surprise at the findings. “It is surprising a driver earning Rs. 20,000 a month leading a lavish life. The driver’s house is worth over Rs. 2 crore. Efforts are on to nab him,” the official said. The quote reflects the concern of investigators over the mismatch between the driver’s income and his lifestyle.

ACB sources also revealed further details in the ongoing DA case. They said the deputy transport commissioner, fearing ACB surveillance, had allegedly kept his properties, including cash, gold, and diamonds, with his friends. Therefore, the agency is expanding the scope of the investigation.

Officials indicated that the ACB is likely to check the bank lockers belonging to Kishan and his relatives. The move aims to trace possible undisclosed assets linked to the officer. Meanwhile, efforts continue to trace and arrest the absconding driver, who is suspected to have acted as a benami for the official.

The ACB DA case remains under active investigation, with officials stating that further action will follow based on the evidence collected.
