ACB Increases Its Aggression In Formula-E Car Racing Scam

Hyderabad, Nov 6 (Maxim News): The ACB has taken up the investigation into the irregularities in the Formula-E racing conducted during the BRS government. ACB initiated a regular inquiry.

ACB will examine the files in regular inquiry and investigate how the irregularities took place. There is a possibility that the case will be registered and the notices will be issued and investigated.

ACB has found that Rs. 55 crore has been paid to foreign companies in connection with Formula-E racing. ACB officials will issue notices to the respective foreign organizations and representatives based on the records with the municipal department. It seems that there are opportunities to send notices to the leaders of the previous government who played a key role in the management of the race.

Meanwhile, it is known that the government has allowed the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to investigate the irregularities that took place in the formula race conducted during the Previous BRS government led by then Chief Minister K.Chandtrasekhar Rao and his family and his son and present working president of BRS party K.Tarak Rama Rao was the then Municipal Minister 

The Municipal department has complained to the ACB after finding that there were irregularities of Rs. 55 crores in this race. ACB officials wrote a letter to the present government seeking permission to register the case as the then BRS government officials including IAS were involved.  As per the reliable information after examining this, a case has been registered and an order has been issued allowing the investigation to take place. After examining the legal aspects, from next week all those related to the case will be given separate notices and their statements will be recorded. From IAS to key officials and public representatives of the day, they are likely to be among them. Based on the statement, it is possible to issue notices to the key leaders of the previous government and question them.

Officials have already revealed that funds were released to foreign organizations only when the people’s representatives in the then government ordered them about the Formula E race.  (Maxim News)
