Accused Sentenced To One Year Rigorous Imprisonment In a POCSO Case Registered Under LB Nagar PS limits
Hyderabad, Feb 19 (Maxim News): The Fast Track Special Judge, LB Nagar, Rangareddy district, has convicted the accused Pallapu Mahindra, age 20 years, professional student, R/O Hasthinapuram N/o Gudur of Praksam district, under the rape and POCSO Act.
In this case, the accused has been sentenced to one year of rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 2,000 and a compensation of Rs. 50,000 has been provided to the victim girl. Additional Public Prosecutors Sunitha and M.Raghu have presented arguments in this case. (Maxim News)
