After Sambhal Now Atala Masjid, Another Big Decision Of Court

Jaunpur/Hyderabad, Dec 10 (Maxim News): The petition filed in connection with the survey of the disputed Atala Masjid has been accepted in the court. The outline of the survey of the mosque has been decided. The Hindu party and the lawyer told a leading national channel that the survey had been ordered. Now the court will decide the survey delegation team of the mosque on 16 December.

The survey will be done with this delegation team and the police force. The hearing of the mosque survey case will be held on 16 December in the court of Jaunpur. The plaintiff had demanded that the survey measurement be done amid tight security arrangements. The picture of whether Atala is a mosque or a temple will become clear in the survey. The Hindu parties are continuously claiming that it is a temple of the goddess. On which date and in what form will the survey be done; the court will hear this on 16 December.

Hindu party lawyer Ramesh Singh has said that during the hearing, both the Hindu and Muslim parties have put forth their views. The Muslim party has said in the court that it has no objection to the survey being conducted. The Muslim party has said that they should be given some time to explain this to their people. The court can also fix a date for the survey on the same day. A request has been made to deploy a police force.

Let us tell you that the lower court of Jaunpur had ordered a survey with the court Amin on August 2. In this case, the mosque was locked, so the team had to return empty-handed without conducting a survey. The plaintiff said that a case was filed in the Jaunpur Civil Court. In this, a demand was made to declare the 14th property Atala Masjid as Achala Devi Temple and to give the followers of Sanatan Dharma the right to worship and worship the mother. When tried to talk to the lawyer of the mosque side, Dinesh Pratap Singh, he clearly and strictly refused to talk on camera.

The mosque was built by demolishing the Atla Devi temple and reached the court with this claim.

The state president of the Swaraj Vahini Association, Santosh Kumar Mishra, has filed a case in Jaunpur District Court. He claims that King Vijay Chandra built the Atla Devi temple here in the 13th century and later the temple was demolished and Atla Mosque was built. He has demanded that this temple should now be handed over to the Hindu side so that they can worship in it. On the other hand, the lawyer of the Hindu side, Ramesh Singh, has said that this matter is also in the High Court and we have objected to the claim of the Muslim side there.
