AIMIM MLAs Raise Objection On The Illegal Musi Survey
Hyderabad, Oct 1 (Maxim News): AIMIM delegation led by Malakpet MLA Ahmed Balala, Bahadurpura MLA Mohd. Mubeen and Charminar MLA Mir Zulfeqar Ali and others met with the Principal Secretary of Municipal Administration & Urban Development, M. Dana Kishore to express their strong objections regarding the illegal survey conducted in Musi without statutory authorization.

On the instructions given by the Party Chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi, the AIMIM delegation met and requested a detailed report on the points raised by them.
They sought details such as the date of the survey conducted and the legal basis under which the survey was carried out.
A preliminary or final notification was issued before the survey to define the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zone boundaries.

Whether the survey was conducted with assistance from the revenue, irrigation, and other relevant departments.
Whether the boundaries established in 2003 were considered.
