All Efforts Of Kavitha To Get Bail Are Going In Vain: Default Bail Petition Rejected 

Delhi/Hyderabad, July 8 (Maxim News):  All BRS MLC Kavitha efforts to get bail are going in vain.  The default bail petition filed by Kavitha’s lawyers is also rejected stating that the CBI has not completed the investigation in the Delhi Liquor Scam.

Kavitha, who is making various efforts for bail, has now filed a petition for default bail. Court extends judicial custody of Kavitha in the Delhi Liquor Scam case. On the other hand, the Court has rejected the bail petition. Efforts by KIavitha’s lawyers for interim bail were unsuccessful. Kavitha has recently approached the court for default bail. As the CBI could not complete the investigation within the stipulated period, Kavitha’s lawyers petitioned the court to grant bail to her. He asked the court to grant default bail immediately. (Maxim News)
