Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Announces a 12-week Online Meditation Course on Mastery Over Mind

Hyderabad/New Delhi, 4th July 2023: Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, one of the top 10 universities in the NIRF rankings 2023, announced the launch online meditation course, “Mastery Over Mind.” The 12-week online meditation program provides participants with valuable insights into managing stress, enhancing mental well-being, and achieving inner peace and harmony through the practice of meditation.

The Mastery Over Mind course aims at harnessing the power of meditation and enabling participants to understand the theory and principles behind the working of their minds. The course consists of three modules, with live interaction sessions and quizzes conducted by experienced mentors after each module.
