The Chief Minister inaugurated the BFSI Skill program at Masab Tank on Wednesday. Later, he said that the students had fought for jobs, and students were treated unfairly during the ten years of BRS rule. There are 60 lakh unemployed people in the state. Middle-class families are more in Telangana. Even after ten years of the formation of Telangana, unemployment is high, said CM Revanth Reddy.
“We are conducting programs to determine the stage and direction of the unemployed. We are giving funds under Corporate Social Responsibility for skill development. The unemployed are trained according to the requirements of the industry. Telangana youth are becoming addicted to drugs and ganja without getting jobs. There is a gap between the industries and the unemployed, said CM Revanth.

“Even if there is talent, if there is no skill, there will be no job opportunities. That is why we have identified this problem and taken steps to provide skill training. In Telangana every year 3 lakh people graduate with degrees. However, they are unable to get jobs due to a lack of skills related to industry requirements. We have spoken to BFSI to provide the required expertise to industries. We made a plan with the proposals given by BFSI. We have started this program to provide skills to the students by the time they get their degree. They also provided the necessary funds for imparting skill training. Appreciate them wholeheartedly.
After this training, they get jobs in the banking, financial service, and insurance sectors. Our mission is to provide skilled youth to the world. In the last ten years, some Telangana youth have become addicted to ganja and drugs due to a lack of employment opportunities. It is a matter of concern that the recent arrests include engineering graduate students. We all have a responsibility to control drugs and marijuana. To free the youth from addictions, there is a need to provide employment.
