Hyderabad, March 20 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao got another jolt from the Supreme Court as it has refused to give notice to the Governor Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan.
it may be recalled that the KCR government in the state of Telangana has approached the Supreme Court against the Governor saying that the Governor has kept pending 10 Bills which has been passed by the State legislative Assembly without giving approval to these pending bills since more than 6 months and sought the directions from the Supreme Court to direct the Governor to approve the Bills.
The Supreme Court has refused to issue a notice to the Governor in this case and said that notices will be given to the Centre. The Court adjourned the hearing to March 27. (Maxim News)
