AP Govt. Increases Asara Pensions And Arogyasri Limit From January

Amaravathi/Hyderabad, Dec 15 (Maxim News): The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet headed by the Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy has taken a key decision, from January, social pensions YSR Asara have been increased from Rs. 2,750 per month to Rs. 3,000 per month. The treatment limit in Aarogyasri has been increased to Rs. 25 lakhs.

The other decisions which have been to be implemented from January pertains to Handicraft schemes. Approved DPR for Visakhapatnam Light Metro Project, the second phase of Jagananna Arogya Suraksha will also start from January. The Cabinet has also decided to reform the grant of caste and income certificates.  (Maxim News)
